Highlights of a Camping Trip

1. No bathing for four days - whoop! (for the kids, that is)
2. Hayride with the bunny down to the beach. Nothing like straw sticking into your butt while your son shows off his "yee haw!" for the driver.
3. The slowly leaking air mattress causing severe hip pain, countered by the warmest little body snuggling next to me. Why is it I that my son's hands are warmer than me in a sleeping bag and three blankets?
4. Keegan taking his training wheels off on the last day, pressured not by his school friends but by all the kids riding around the campsite. Yeah for him.
5. Why no pictures you ask? Hmm... guess what mommy dropped into the fire right out of her pocket while she reached down to grab her son's hat? Yep, the camera. Did you know batteries explode if they get hot enough, and memory cards melt? Now you do.
