This weeks
photohunt is creative or funky, how fun. I'm at
Blogher right now and my camera is pretty much out of juice, so I've hunted through old photos for some creative shots. Appropriately, though, I just got out of a
Blogher session about crafting. To be perfectly frank, I only went to see the totally hilarious
Amy Sedaris (she signed my/her
book and I got a photo with her,
squee!) . Right now I'm watching her actually make some crafts, too cool.
Here's the rocket I made with my son as a litte craft project. I have a feeling these artsy and crafty blogger chicks go a little beyond paper rockets.
Here are the boys with their faces painted. Three guesses on who exactly painted their faces, and the first two don't count. You can tell, by the
fabulous coloring job which I did above, that it's wasn't me.
NOPE, the theme this week is just creative. . . it was me that asked tnchick what funky means for next week since the dictionary had something terrible and i remember using it in a generational way back in the 60's.
ReplyDeleteI like your choices for the them. . . come and see mine.

My kids love painting their faces too.... at least they're not painting the walls!
ReplyDeleteHave fun at BlogHer and tell us all about it when you come back!
LOL, thanks for the chuckle today. I remember when my boys did stuff like that. Great idea for creative this week. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteThat’s real creative. Kids are kids. They just never stop getting more creative these days. Happy Weekend! http://crizlai.blogspot.com/2007/07/photo-hunters-creative.html
ReplyDeleteSo many people are at Blogher. I love Sedaris, too; I'm going to get her book.
ReplyDeleteThe kids are having a great time with you there!
